We understand that most coaches are volunteers. Sometimes they have played themselves, but often they are parents who are experiencing football for the first time through their kids.

​

This is why we run our Miniroos Co-op Training sessions, where a qualified coach watches over our coaches as they take their teams through a set circuit, learning the skills they need to create their own training sessions as they age out of the program.

​

We are also determined to have all our coaches undergo a coaching course, and receive their proper qualifications. If you are interested in attending a coaching course, please don't hesitate to contact us to find out more.

Finally, all coaches are expected to have a current Working With Children Number. You can apply or renew your WWC Number here.
